The location is in the heart of downtown Taif in the western Qutbiya neighborhood and is considered one of the best modern plans. The site features many advantages, including the largest malls or shopping complexes in the west, Terra and Jouri Mall, which house the biggest global brands and are considered a tourist destination. There is also the largest promenade in the city of Taif, and the location is opposite the entertainment ships.

The project is built on a total area of 1057 square meters, and licenses have been obtained to establish tourist lodgings with a total area of 5237 square meters. Safety and security plans have also been obtained from the best consulting offices in the city of Taif. The construction was carried out using the latest high-quality methods and with creative designs developed and executed by Saudi hands.

Room distribution

The building consists of a basement that accommodates 20 cars, and a reception floor that includes services such as an open buffet and café, in addition to offices and restrooms for men, women, and people with disabilities. There are also four repeated floors that contain a total of 44 suites.
